FY2022-23 revenue Tk 1,783 crore against operating expenditure Tk 3,307 crore, operating loss Tk 1,524 crore. FY2023-24 was worse (revenue ~Tk 1,925 crore, expenditure ~Tk 3,548 crore, loss over Tk 14 billion) but a precise crore loss figure was not cleanly stated, so FY2022-23 explicit figures used. Of 47,000 approved posts only ~23,000 filled (FY2023-24 context); a verified FY2022-23 employee count was not found.
