Clear boundaries
The public assistant generates answers only from published BDPolicyLab briefs and reports. It should decline questions outside that corpus. Its answers are starting points, and readers should verify them against the cited publication.
Policy briefs, narratives, sector reports, calculations, and charts are reviewed by the research team before publication. AI can assist drafting, but it does not own the source choice, the calculation, or the conclusion.
Research pipeline

Automated collectors retrieve records from named institutional and satellite providers into a versioned data house.

Domain modules compute indicators and model outputs from the recorded source values, with missing inputs kept missing.

Human reviewers check the sourcing, calculations, chart labels, interpretation, and publication decision before release.

The interface keeps the source, date, unit, caveat, and method close to each decision-relevant result.
