verification_status=partial: student_count (22,189) is from Wikipedia citing THE data; a higher figure (~37,156) appears in THE world rankings page and some third-party aggregators but Wikipedia cites 22,189 undergrad+PG+doctoral; without UGC annual report access the lower verified figure is used. faculty_count (1,200+) from Wikipedia; no precise figure retrievable without UGC database access. annual_budget_bdt null: RU budget figures not available in any primary source fetched; UGC annual report behind SSL-certificate error. registrar listed as Acting (Prof Iftikharul Alam Masud) per joining ceremony reports; confirm whether substantive appointment made post-March 2026. Treasurer confirmed as Prof Md Matiar Rahman from World IP Day event BSS report (2026-05-04). VC predecessor Prof Saleh Hasan Naqib (appointed Aug 2024 by interim govt) replaced on 2026-03-16 by BNP-Tarique government alongside 6 other public university VCs.
